We have been visiting this place every year for the last almost 20 years. We have never seen cheese being made but then again we are always arriving around lunch time when its all completed. Staff are there if you need them but generally let you look around without disturbing you. The food is made fresh on order so theres a bit of wait involved. If I wanted fast food Id go to the joints down the street anyway, this place is all about enjoying a cup of coffee that youll get one free refill (very awesome) and having a freshly baked goodie.
A quaint place. Don't miss visiting! We purchased (there are so many varieties!) honey, cheese, and had ice cream ! Yum! Staff is always smiling.

There was few selection available at the time we visited the place on Sunday afternoon. We were told that we could view the cheese making, which did not happen. I have visited a similar place I. Seattle , which was smaller yet they were more welcoming. It did not worth stopping at that time.The staff did not greet me when entered the place , no one asked if wanted a help.The place was recommended by a friend who visited them 13 years ago , so I guess things had changed from back then.
