Well organized plant, and the quality of the products that they make is great and complies with alot of different types of standards.
Terrible customer service. Took over a week for a tech to show up to repair a leaking jetted tub, under warranty. Would not take responsability for resultant damage in suite below. Terrible company.
In one word "HORRIFIC " - from top to bottom this company is a joke. If we could give them no star, I would.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered a tub shower surround through them and received nothing but the "run around" as they tried to pass the buck to other people. "sorry, that's a different department's job, let me transfer you." Was finally told another tub would be sent out, only to receive THAT one damaged too. Was told by one representative to dispose of the ENTIRE UNIT we received, only to be told actually no, they were only replacing part of it (had already gotten the entire unit picked up by truck). When I asked them to review our last call because I know what had been said, they said OK but it'd take some time and they'd be back to me within a week. A few weeks later, still haven't heard back. Most likely, I won't. And now I have a second damaged tub surround and have to get back on the phone and deal with them all over again. How many hours of my life will I lose this time. I will NEVER deal with this company again (home depot canada online has been just as terrible). Please, please save yourself the time and shop elsewhere!! Our friend who works at a shipping company says he spends more of his time dealing with MAAX than any other company, and that they are horrible. Buyer beware.
